Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a passion for pastry cuisine and commitment to delivering exceptional food experiences.
  • Produce high-quality pastries and desserts utilizing traditional techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Certificate 3 in Patisserie qualification recognized in Australia.
  • Prior experience as a pastry chef in a 4-5 star hotel/resort or similar environment is essential.
  • Good knowledge of pastry and baking techniques is required.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team environment are necessary.
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation are expected.
