We are currently seeking Full Time Front of House Team Members to join our team.

As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve effectively and provide outstanding support to their colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent results.
  • Provide outstanding support to your colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Able to work a combination of days, nights, and weekends.
  • Able to work a minimum of 38 hours per week.
  • Skilled at problem-solving and being solution-centric.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Trustworthy with glowing references.
  • A great communicator with charisma and amazing interpersonal skills.
  • Will to learn and excel.
  • PASSIONATE about hospitality, food, and customer service.
