ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Immediate availability for employment
  • Casual and ongoing position
  • Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Manage batching machinery to create concrete
  • Conduct regular maintenance on batching machinery
  • Flexibility to participate in various quarry operations
  • Engage in safety protocols including pre-start checks, toolbox meetings, and incident documentation
  • Ensure a safe and tidy working environment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Loader certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in operating mobile machinery (loaders, trucks, etc.) is advantageous
  • Prior experience in a batching capacity
  • Quarry background is highly valued, though not essential
  • Self-driven with a strong focus on safety and quality
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team with minimal oversight
  • Positive mindset
