We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Assistant/Delivery Driver to join our team at Tradelink. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales and orders, prepare customer quotes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain the branch warehouse, including picking, packing, and consigning orders, unloading, unpacking, and wrapping stock.
  • Deliver customer orders around the local area, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Requirements

  • Full Australian driver's license and ideally a forklift license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Intermediate computing skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Full Australian working rights.
