Job Title: Director of Learning and Operations As an accomplished early learning professional, we seek a dedicated and passionate leader to oversee the daily operations and educational programs at our centre. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team and contributing to the overall success of the centre.
  • Assume responsibility for the centre's operations in the absence of the Centre Director.
  • Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide across the centre.
