About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Footwear Supervisor to join our team at JD Sports Australia. Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales and KPIs: Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to drive sales and achieve KPIs, ensuring that our store meets its targets.
  2. Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to your team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  3. Maintain Visual Standards: Work closely with our visual merchandising team to ensure that our store is visually appealing and meets our brand standards.
  4. Assist with Induction Training: Assist with the induction training of new team members, ensuring that they are equipped to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  5. Adhere to Expectations: Adhere to the expectations set by management to achieve department priorities, ensuring that our store meets its targets.
  6. Lead by Example: Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 Years' Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail or similar industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.
  2. Passion for Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, and customers.
  4. Time Management Skills: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
