  • Hold tertiary qualifications in management or healthcare and demonstrate expertise in operational leadership.
  • Have minimum 5 years' experience in community, disability or aged care management or related programs.
  • Understand comprehensive ageing care standards and legislative requirements governing home services.
  • Be able to work with key performance indicators and deliver results-driven services.
  • Manage and implement continuous quality improvement systems and projects.
  • Lead a large team in a customer-focused environment and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Demonstrate advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understand and appreciate BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote organisation values.
  • Hold a current driver's license.
