Family Law Paralegal Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialist practice, providing support to solicitors and lawyers.

As a Family Law Paralegal, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to legal teams
  • Assisting with research, document preparation, and case management
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve excellent client outcomes
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as a paralegal in Australian Family Law
  • Proficiency in transcription software and physical file organization
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A strong interest in family law and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal are essential. Familiarity with legal software systems and Microsoft Office is also required.
