Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Leadership Director to join our Nike team, focusing on driving results while working with an exceptional team and client. As part of our Mindshare Nike team, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of implementation, activation, and delivery. You will provide leadership to activation staff, drawing on your expertise to coach, teach, and support them in delivering high-quality results for our clients. Collaboration with clients is essential in producing successful implementation plans that drive real business change.
The ideal candidate has experience in all things digital, including Search, Social, and Programmatic, with a background in eCommerce. You will be an experienced people manager, responsible for a team of 3 or 4. This role requires strong relationships with internal teams, media, data, and technology partners, as well as agency client teams.
Your Time Allocation
You will spend 35% of your time on People development, ensuring team workflow management, delegating tasks effectively, and resolving issues. You will also lead training and development of junior team members, including certifications and accreditations. For Product development, you will allocate 30% of your time, enriching ongoing implementation planning and buying practices, collaborating with practice leads where relevant. In addition, you will actively contribute to GroupM craft initiatives at an AU, APAC, and Global level to drive best practices in your team. Your task is to bring innovation and creativity to the table by leading the testing agenda for your team, collaborating with partners to harness their capability. You will supervise reporting output across the team, ensuring it is jargon-free, insightful, and of the highest standard.
