About the Role:

As a Cloud Analytics Sales Strategist with Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd, you will be at the forefront of driving adoption and revenue growth for our cutting-edge services. Your role will involve identifying high-value customer opportunities within a specific territory, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and aligning them with AWS solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role, leveraging your consultative expertise to become a trusted advisor. You will guide customers in embedding and deploying AWS solutions to unlock new value streams and solve key business problems using powerful AI and Analytics capabilities.

You will own the full-cycle sales engagement plan, from identifying qualified leads to realizing revenue, understanding a customer's business initiatives, and helping craft account plans to achieve those initiatives. You will also identify and drive opportunity win plans to enable business initiatives, ensuring successful launch to realize both customer vision and AWS revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate customer adoption by defining and implementing tech domain-specific GTM strategies within assigned accounts and technology domains.
  • Ideate with Line of Business and C-suite leaders, building trust with deep technical expertise, and following through to help solve compelling business problems.
  • Act as the front line within accounts for all specialist customer engagement in tech domains.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions addressing specific customer needs.
  • Build and innovate: Co-develop GTM motions on new product launches and work with product teams on creating innovative new services.
  • Partner with top system integrators to deliver on customer projects.
  • Spearhead market expansion by pinpointing new customer segments and Gen AI use cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen AWS's Gen AI value proposition.
  • Gather voice-of-customer insights to inform product roadmaps and enhance the customer experience.
