With its brand new kitchen and renovated clubhouse, it offers an impressive gaming installation, TAB, Keno, and a popular restaurant. Additionally, the club has a small Bowls retail outlet and a Greens Maintenance & Renovation Contracting business.

Salary Package

A competitive salary package of $150k + superannuation awaits the successful candidate, along with assistance in relocation expenses for qualified applicants.

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a modern medium-sized club as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the key figure in driving the club's ongoing success, you will work closely with the Board and management team to deliver on their strategic plan. Your expertise in senior management, club operations, accounts, and legislative compliance will be invaluable in ensuring the club remains at the forefront of the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in senior management within the club industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all club operations, including gaming, food, beverage, and functions
  • Expertise in accounting and reporting
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Accounting, Office, and Gaming software
  • Familiarity with legislative and compliance requirements in the club sector
  • Able to lead, train, and motivate a dynamic service team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Board
