Rivergum Support is a small family business that provides NDIS funded support to individuals in various settings.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of calls regarding queries, bookings and requests, scheduling client service rosters and managing roster schedule changes, and providing personal assistance to management staff.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the NDIS, Practice Standards and Quality Indicators, and strong networking skills to establish connections in the sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations
  • Leading a team to achieve certification, licensing, accreditation and standards compliance
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fostering a positive workplace culture

Required qualifications include tertiary qualifications or experience in management or a related field, post-secondary qualifications in administration, finance or IT (desirable), and a Current CPR / First Aid Certificate.
