Senior Clinical Risk Manager Position Available

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Governance and Risk Manager to lead our clinical governance, safety, and risk systems across our Residential Aged Care and Home Care program.
This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance with aged care regulations, driving continuous improvement, and guiding the clinical team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor the clinical nursing and care team, ensuring excellence in care delivery and professional development.
- Oversee and continuously improve systems for clinical governance, quality assurance, and risk management across residential and home care.
- Conduct and oversee clinical incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement preventive strategies.
- Engage with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders to build a culture of dignity, safety, openness, and accountability.
- Facilitate training, capability-building, and change management in line with aged care reforms.
- Embrace technology and innovative practices that improve care quality, safety, and service delivery.
