Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to oversee the implementation of quality engineering activities and ensure alignment with client and customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience with agile project management tools, and expertise in performance testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee automation, performance testing, and quality engineering activities
  • Develop and execute performance test cases and scripts
  • Conduct performance testing to assess system reliability, capacity, and scalability
  • Analyze results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues
  • Work closely with developers to ensure performance standards are met
  • Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience as a Test Lead or software engineer/technical leader
  • Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence, Azure DevOps or HP ALM
  • Expertise in performance/SVT test tooling like LoadRunner and K6
  • Strong technical skills in one or more of CI/CD, SQL, middleware, AWS, GCP and/or messaging systems
