Job Description

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for leading the review of historical payroll data to identify discrepancies or process issues.

  • Utilizing Excel-based templates to investigate payroll data.
  • Interpretation of industrial agreements.
  • Highlighting any discrepancies.
  • Communicating effectively with internal finance teams and consultants.
  • Making process change recommendations.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in payroll, coupled with a strong analytical ability to investigate complex data sets.

  • Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes.
  • Ability to interpret awards and other industrial agreements.
  • Strong data manipulation skills, particularly using Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous payroll project experience desirable.
  • Ability to commence at short notice.
