The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for leading the review of historical payroll data to identify discrepancies or process issues.
- Utilizing Excel-based templates to investigate payroll data.
- Interpretation of industrial agreements.
- Highlighting any discrepancies.
- Communicating effectively with internal finance teams and consultants.
- Making process change recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in payroll, coupled with a strong analytical ability to investigate complex data sets.
- Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes.
- Ability to interpret awards and other industrial agreements.
- Strong data manipulation skills, particularly using Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous payroll project experience desirable.
- Ability to commence at short notice.
