Job Opportunity

Established in 1832, our luxury watch brand is renowned for its tradition of elegance and performance.

The Role

As a client advisor in our boutique, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, developing client relationships, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Service:
    • Support the boutique manager to achieve sales targets
    • Meet personal and store sales targets by providing excellent customer service
    • Develop a strong database through effective sales strategies
  • Operations:
    • Conduct daily security stock counts
    • Monitor own performance statistics
    • Maintain an attractive store display, including merchandising, setting up, and rotating products
    • Organise storage and replenishment of merchandise and materials
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Attend regular training sessions to develop knowledge base
    • Demonstrate complete knowledge of all product lines

Requirements

We seek an individual with demonstrated retail experience, particularly in the luxury industry. The ideal candidate should possess highly developed and proven customer service skills, a genuine passion for our brand, and excellent organisational skills.
