LAME Position

Our organization is seeking suitably experienced and highly qualified individuals to join our Engineering team as full-time Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAME).

We require candidates with strong mechanical and avionics skills to work on Regional Express aircraft.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on aircraft and components within a maintenance team.
  • Ensure all maintenance and repairs are carried out to a high standard, meeting operational requirements.
  • Service and clean hangar, tools and ground equipment.
  • Participate in aircraft recovery when necessary.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated ability to perform aircraft and component maintenance, modification and troubleshooting under minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of motivation with a team-focused work ethic.
  • Flexibility with working hours.

**Preferred Requirements:**

  • SAAB 340 endorsed Type Licence.
  • Experience on transport category aircraft.
  • Certificate 4 in training and assessment would be an added advantage.

For the right candidate, a Saab 340 Course will be available to obtain the type rating.
