About the Role
This exciting opportunity will have you working across various Merivale venues, delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the growth of our hospitality team.
As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for executing flawless event experiences, leading and supervising a team of wait staff, and promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences on event days, ensuring seamless food and beverage service.
- Lead and supervise the wait staff team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain consistency in food and beverage quality.
- Promote a healthy and enjoyable work environment, encouraging team members to grow and develop.
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure the venue's presentation is exceptional.
