Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our retail team. This is a leadership opportunity that involves managing a high-performing team, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and engaging your team daily, coaching and inspiring through training, and creating a customer-centric environment. You will also ensure compliance with brand guidelines and inspire best practice.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable.
