**Requirements and Benefits**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification, as well as experience working in a residential aged care setting.

You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering direct care to residents in accordance with individual care plans
• Assisting residents with daily living activities
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of care plans
