The Trainee Case Manager will provide active management of claims for compensation to deliver appropriate and timely treatment and promote return to work. This will involve ensuring injured workers receive entitlements in accordance with the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.
You will be responsible for arranging medical examinations, taking client and customer calls, assessing and processing payments, developing case management strategies, reviewing and monitoring treatment requests, and liaising with stakeholders.
