Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Home Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our new home customers receive exceptional service and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to supervise maintenance and warranty work carried out by subcontractors and suppliers to clients' homes. This will involve resolving customer concerns and issues in a professional manner, ensuring all maintenance and warranty work is completed to the highest quality standards.

You will also be responsible for overseeing contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers onsite, achieving set maintenance and warranty targets within set timeframes, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience engaging customers across challenging queries
  • Problem-solving skills and a thorough knowledge of current Rescode, Australian Standards, and BCA
  • A proven track record in a construction, warranty, or building supervisor position
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
