We are seeking a dedicated and experienced pharmacy professional to join our team in an independent, customer-focused pharmacy. This role offers opportunities for career growth and development in a supportive environment.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a manager or lead in a pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of business acumen and pharmacy practices.
  • A Certificate II (or above) in community pharmacy is required, along with at least 1-2 years' experience as a pharmacy assistant. Knowledge of 8CPA and QCPP claiming programs, NDSS, and Webster Care systems is highly regarded.

The successful applicant will be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and company representatives, possess attention to detail, and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of stock control, ordering, and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, while promoting solution selling methodologies and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the store owner and other team members to achieve business objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated pharmacy professional to take their skills and knowledge to the next level, while enjoying a flexible roster of 25-38 hours per week.
