About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Services Officer to join our C-27J team. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, functional leads, customers, and management to produce high-quality technical documentation that meets industry standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with SMEs, functional leads, customers, and management to gather data for technical outputs.
  • Create accurate and high-quality Technical Orders, Deviations, Modifications, and Special Technical Instructions.
  • Conduct research and data collection from engineering, military, regulatory, and manufacturer sources to support documentation needs.
  • Ensure all technical outputs are clear, meet company standards, and align with relevant procedures.
  • Maintain familiarity with DASA/CASA regulations to ensure compliance in technical documentation.
  • Use MS Office products and engineering/document management systems for efficient output creation and management.
About You
  • Aircraft aviation trade or engineering qualification, with a solid understanding of the industry.
  • Proven experience in writing technical instructions for aircraft maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of DASA/CASA regulations and their application in developing technical outputs.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office products and experience with engineering/document management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing precise and accurate technical documentation.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with a range of stakeholders.
