Job Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate team members to support our home entertainment business in Hobart, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through pre, during and post sale interactions.
  • Contribute to a positive store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Support efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.
  • Assist across various areas within our stores from customer-facing to back-of-house operations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and strong communication skills.
  • Customer focus and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability to work peak periods (September/October to February).
  • Potential requirement to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
