This role requires exceptional bar and cocktail knowledge, leadership under pressure, team motivation, operational know-how, and a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back.

  • You will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional bar and cocktail knowledge – you live and breathe cocktails, have a deep understanding of spirits, and thrive on innovating and educating others.
  • Leadership under pressure – the ability to think on your feet, handle stressful situations with confidence, and maintain a calm professional presence.
  • Team motivator – proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire bartenders to deliver excellence in every drink and guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience
  • Mentor and train staff to ensure consistency and quality in drink preparation
