Key Responsibilities

As an Environmental Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering our extensive project pipeline encompassing environmental planning, impact assessment, and approvals.

You will work alongside highly experienced professionals to prepare environmental constraints reports, REFs, scoping documents, environmental impact assessments, statutory planning submissions, and environmental management plans.

Providing environmental and planning advice to both internal and external clients is another key aspect of this role.

You will contribute to the delivery of outstanding projects through technical input and by assisting in project management and specialist coordination.

  • Develop and implement environmental strategies to support business growth and sustainability.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation and adaptation measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic and values-driven individual who possesses:

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in environmental science, environmental planning, or a related discipline.
  • 2-6 years' experience in environmental planning, impact assessment, and approvals.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of New South Wales and Commonwealth environmental planning legislation.
  • Exceptional reporting and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong motivation and ability to work self-directed.

Salary and Benefits

The salary ranges between AUD 85k to 90k.
