Spray Painter

We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team, responsible for undertaking day-to-day heavy paint repairs to ensure our vehicles are well-presented, safe, and roadworthy.

• Prepare and maintain our fleet within safety compliances.
• Repair vehicles using appropriate tools and machinery.
• Assess tasks and plan job methods.
• Conduct minor fiberglass and body repairs when required.
• Record and report work accurately.
• Prepare vehicles to the highest standards to meet Ventura's brand and customer expectations.

• Cert III in Automotive Refinishing Technology (Spray Painter).
• Experience in repairing heavy vehicles.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Current Driver's Licence (MR or higher licence desirable).
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
