Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our frontline fuel team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, and operating point of sale systems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver brilliant customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Promote products and services to customers
  • Operate point of sale systems and assist with fuel and stock deliveries
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
