Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to transition into a leadership role within our WA CRM team as a Field Manager. This role would suit an individual looking to take the next step in their career and manage a team of highly skilled sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.
  • Actively implement and execute on sales force effectiveness initiatives to drive business growth and sales skills development.
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to develop sales and business strategies.
  • Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.
  • Provide coaching as needed to Territory Managers.
  • Act as a key contributor in sales meetings.
  • Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.
  • Support implantation, post-operative and clinics of pacemakers, defibrillators and CRT devices within your territory.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical, Engineering, Medical Science, Human Movement related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) is essential.
  • Fully certified in CRM.
