Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you will be responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

About the Role:
- Provide high-level reception and administrative support
- Manage communications, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Develop and maintain office systems and procedures

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and projects

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
