Global Markets Crew Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking a senior leader with a proven Agile delivery background to lead the end-to-end purpose of the crew, including performance metrics, customer experience, operational risk, compliance, and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the crew to deliver strategic technology change in the Global Markets business, working with stakeholders of all levels of seniority across the Group.
- Work with businesses across IB&M to capture business priorities and translate them into crew vision and purpose.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure the right initiatives are identified, prioritized, and delivered to achieve business OKRs and metrics.
- Accountable for overall platform scalability and strategic growth.
- Provide business context, clarity, and crew vision on a day-to-day basis.
- Identify and manage various risks, dependencies, and issues for the crew.
- Stay abreast of external market trends, including regulatory, economics, and innovation.
- Build and foster strong relationships across the domain and wider business to ensure efficient delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Previous experience as a senior technical leader or senior product owner.
- Advanced technical knowledge of trading platforms and data platforms.
- Engineering background or extensive experience in technical delivery.
- Proven track record of delivery of large complex initiatives.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Sound knowledge of financial markets.
- Deep understanding of Agile and successful experience in Agile delivery.
