Contract Review and Analysis Opportunity

This is a compelling chance to advance your career by becoming a key contributor to our team responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and managing contracts with clients and vendors/suppliers. Your focus will be on ensuring all agreements align with legal obligations, internal policies, and regulatory standards.

You will work closely with stakeholders to review and manage contracts, document and track agreed terms and obligations, collaborate with corporate teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and met, conduct due diligence on new vendors/suppliers, maintain and manage the contract database, provide guidance to stakeholders on contract-related matters, and assist with audits, policy updates, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the review of client and vendor/supplier contracts to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  2. Document and track agreed terms and obligations in the contract database.
  3. Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and met.
  4. Conduct due diligence on new vendors/suppliers in line with company Procurement Policy and regulatory requirements.
  5. Maintain and manage the contract database.
  6. Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract-related matters.
  7. Assist with audits, policy updates, and compliance reporting.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a legal, financial, or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience in contract analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
  • High attention to detail and precision in capturing terms, obligations, and deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
