The successful applicant will have experience working in a lead educator or educational leader role within childcare, possessing excellent communication skills and knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach.

We are seeking an individual who can work closely with our educators to model, coach, mentor and critically reflect on curriculums and environments that foster children's learning and growth.

This key member of our education team will be responsible for delivering contemporary educational practices that enrich the child's self-awareness and abilities.
