Product Manager Job Overview

The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and lifecycle of our Home Loans products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

This position requires a strong understanding of product development, financial metrics, risk management, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to drive business growth, manage risks, and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Customer Experience, Digital, Marketing, and Credit Risk teams to develop innovative products and credit policies that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with distribution and retention teams to ensure disciplined margin management, achieving growth and profitability objectives.
  • Manage risks, incidents, issues, and controls associated with our products and processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Banking, Home Loans, or Product Management.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Finance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with research and analytical skills.
