Job Title: Administration Officer

Job Description

This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our dealership business across the Marine & Yacht Division in Australia. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including office management, sales support, and aftersales coordination.

You will be a key contributor to maintaining operational excellence and supporting the company's commitment to delivering premium marine solutions across the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Manage all administrative functions across office operations, sales support, and aftersales coordination
  • Oversee general office administration including supplies management, document filing, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating client appointments
  • Assist the aftersales team by managing service bookings, warranty documentation, customer follow-ups, and service records
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for inventory, invoicing, and internal reporting
  • Liaise with internal departments including finance, technical, and marketing to ensure smooth operational workflows
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and customer handovers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all administrative activities
  • Provide general support to the Country Manager and contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the marine, automotive, or dealership industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
