Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Team Member - Mornington, your primary focus will be on leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards. This includes ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience, operating efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew.

Requirements:
To be successful as a Senior Team Member - Mornington, you will need to have:
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A track record of providing outstanding customer service
  • Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
  • Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
