**About the Role**

Pinnaclerecruit is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for managing procurement, subcontractor relationships, and financial oversight on major projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of working on large-scale building construction projects, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and strong attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  1. Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Coordinating the procurement of materials and ensuring smooth site delivery.
  2. Subcontract Agreement Management: Preparing and managing subcontract agreements to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Trade Package Evaluation and Negotiation: Evaluating trade packages, negotiating terms, and presenting tender recommendations to strengthen project delivery.
  4. Contract Variation and RFI Process Management: Overseeing contract variations and managing RFI processes to minimize project delays.
  5. Project Expenditure Monitoring and Financial Reporting: Monitoring project expenditure and delivering regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  6. Compliance and Process Improvement: Ensuring compliance with systems and identifying process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
  7. Jr. Team Member Mentoring and Guidance: Guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  1. A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  2. 10+ years' experience in contract administration, ideally within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
  3. A proven track record of working on large-scale building construction projects.
  4. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Strong attention to detail with outstanding record-keeping abilities.
  6. Experience with contract administration software (JOBPAC preferred but not essential).
  7. The ability to work independently whilst also leading and mentoring others.
