Japanese Language Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Japanese language teacher to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Japanese as a second language, with experience working with students of varying proficiency levels. They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adapt their teaching style to meet the needs of individual learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality language lessons to students of all ages and proficiency levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in linguistics, languages, education, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience teaching Japanese as a second language
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
