Solution Marketing Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Solution Marketing Specialist to lead community-led demand generation initiatives for continued growth in the SME segment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to online discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, G2, and other platforms; share content, answer questions, spark engagement.
  • Create relevant content for SME buyers; adapt global content (blogs, videos, carousels) to APAC context.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to develop tailored go-to-market strategies for the SME segment.
  • Work with the global marketing team on content strategies and create regional content that supports organic growth and aligns with keyword strategies.
  • Execute digital ads and campaigns aimed at SMEs.
  • Track UTMs, attribution, conversion rates, and performance metrics; share insights with the global demand team.
  • Maintain company presence on G2 and other review platforms; drive review collection to maintain strong ratings.
  • Monitor competitor activities and positioning in the SME space.
  • Collaborate with the APAC sales and business development team for lead transfer, qualification, and feedback to refine outreach and messaging.
  • Map and optimize the SME customer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Develop detailed buyer personas for SME decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in marketing or digital strategy is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or community marketing.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and SME buyer behavior, particularly in Australia and New Zealand, with ability to scale globally.
  • Proven success in driving pipeline through Reddit, LinkedIn, reviews sites, and niche online communities.
  • Strong content creation skills, including short-form video, memes, and carousel formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
