Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Broker Support Facultative: Provide first-line support to the Head of Broker Support Facultative, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing solutions to any issues that may arise.
- Prepare Contract Documents: Prepare new and existing broker contract documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process Broker Business: Process broker business into our Singapore office, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders on business and broker-related queries.
- Assist with Office Projects: Assist with ad-hoc office-related projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm and Communication Skills: Be enthusiastic and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Financial Services Experience: Some experience working within financial services is desirable, but not essential.
- Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve errors.
- Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
