About the Role

Cultura is a leading provider of community services, dedicated to empowering diverse individuals and communities to reach their full potential. We are currently seeking a skilled Community Activities Coordinator to join our team at the Healthy Living Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement quality creative and stimulating activities for aged support clients, based on individual and group interests.
  • Drive clients to and from the community centre and on outings within the region, ensuring safe and pleasant experiences.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including file notes, support plans, and daily activity calendars.
  • Liaise with carers and other service providers to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to planning and deliver person-centred activities that promote dignity and well-being.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (essential).
  • Current First Aid Certificate (essential).
  • Ability to work under general supervision and make personal judgments regarding client care.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly aged support clients (desirable).
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Cultura offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
