Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service, adhering to menu specifications and presentation standards.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handling customer payments and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with menu offerings, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including early morning shifts and weekends.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and ability to pass a Federal Police Clearance.
  • Full availability, including flexibility to work varying shifts and hours.
  • Probationary/Full Drivers License.
