Job Opportunity: Seasonal Services Team Members

We are seeking a seasonal team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the visitor experience across our Concierge and Car Park services.

As a key member of our seasonal team, you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our customers.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Greet and assist customers with directions and helpful solutions to enhance their visit.
  • Contribute to efficient traffic flow and support car park operations during busy periods.
  • Operate a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Confidence in fast-paced retail environments.
  • A valid driver's licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggy.
  • Availability to work shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

This is a seasonal casual opportunity to be part of our festive season team. The role runs from September to January/February, with shifts based on business needs.
