Career Opportunities

We currently have a fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our SA Copper Asset Health, Safety, Security, and Emergency Management team. This role will support the Copper SA Health, Safety, Security, and Emergency Management team functions by providing administrative assistance to personnel, finance, calendars scheduling, and communications.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate calendar and meeting bookings
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and events for the team
  • Administer the booking process for site health centres
  • Raise, escalate, and manage maintenance requests
  • Manage stationery and non-medical consumable orders
  • Assist with purchase order requisitions for large contract items/service delivery
  • Collect and enter health data information for internal reporting
Location

This role can be based in Adelaide or at Olympic Dam, with some site travel required.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a self-motivated professional with prior experience in administration. You must be able to communicate effectively and clearly, possess strong organisational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • A current C-class motor licence or equivalent Australian state motor vehicle licence
