Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a skilled team to successfully implement the organisation's strategy, maintaining a positive work environment and high employee engagement.
  • Work with the Board to translate the vision and mission into realistic strategic goals and lead the implementation of the strategic plan.
  • Ensure the organisation's financial health by implementing effective controls, enhancing revenue, and managing costs.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure the organisation delivers high-quality service that meets the highest satisfaction standards.
  • Build and drive political engagement and media awareness to further the organisation's advocacy and community impact.
  • Provide leadership and governance, articulating the vision and mission of the organisation while upholding the highest ethical standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key external stakeholders, including government, media, and community partners.
  • Oversee the management of key facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Board to manage business risks and ensure the organisation's risk management plan is clear to all employees.
