Nurse Anaesthetics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our anaesthetics team at Flinders Medical Centre, Southern Adelaide Local Health Network.
About the Role:This is a casual vacancy with potential for ongoing employment. The successful applicant will provide direct person-centred nursing care and individual case management to patients on a shift-by-shift basis in a defined clinical area.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Contribute to procedures for effectively dealing with people exhibiting challenging behaviours.
- Use foundational and theoretical knowledge to achieve positive patient care outcomes.
- Contribute to an integrated team approach and culture responsive to consumer needs.
- Provide health promotion and education to improve health outcomes.
- Registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practicing certificate.
- At least 6 months' prior experience in Anaesthetic Nursing.
- Effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated competence in Anaesthetic nursing practice according to relevant standards.
- A competitive salary ranging from $72,651.00 to $99,129.00 p.a., plus 25% casual loading (pro rata).
