Cranbrook Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bella Vista Gardens, a premier aged care residence in the Sydney Hills District.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. This is a part-time role with Night Duty shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, meeting their individual needs and optimizing their health and wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, ensuring accreditation at all times.
  • Lead and manage a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care, building capability and overseeing performance to ensure safe, efficient, and effective results.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NSW Registration Board
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • First Aid and CPR qualification essential

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement
  • Experience monitoring infection control
  • Care planning and assessment experience
  • Dementia Care experience
  • Palliative Care experience
  • Aged care and ACFI/AN-ACC experience
