Visual Merchandising Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store experience for our customers.The successful candidate will have excellent visual merchandising skills and be able to adapt global guidelines to suit local markets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Adapt and implement global creative visual merchandising elements to ensure clear product navigation and a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop visually appealing displays that lead the customer through the store and promote events.
  • Provide ticketing solutions for spa artwork, promotional artwork, campaign price ticketing.
  • Create, print, and deliver grid wall panels, category headers, step displays.
  • Print and distribute A3/A5/A4 tickets or strutted cards.
  • Work with marketing to deliver ticketing solutions for department stores and national pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with marketing on dynamic Hot Spots in department stores.
  • Drive consistency of visual presentation by coaching store teams/District Managers during periodic visits.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 3-5 years' experience in Visual Merchandising or similar roles.
  • Awareness of latest luxury retail and cosmetics trends.
  • Strong organization, ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Proven time management skills, multitasking, and project delivery.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable, and resourceful with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge in Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) & Microsoft Suite (Office Word Doc, Excel & PowerPoint).
