Backend Developer Role

The role is responsible for creating and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend services for various mining and fleet management software development projects. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in backend development using .NET Core/ C# and experience working with mining environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create robust backend services and APIs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Tech Leads, and Engineering SMEs to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Lead the technical delivery of complex user stories from solution design to deployment
  • Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with .NET Core/ C# and software development within mining environments
  • Familiarity with fleet management / Autonomy solutions such as Minestar AND/OR Modular
  • Proficiency in Entity Framework, Microservices Architecture, Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum Development Methodology
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
